1- To enter the "User Catalog" you must click on "System Configuration"

 

2- Enter the "Users Catalog", here you will see a list of all the users who are currently registered you can delete them, enter each one to see their information or edit it.

 

3- To add a new one click on "New"

 

4- Enter all the information of the user and assign him access permissions to catalogs, modules and documents he can visualize.

 

5- Mark if the user you are registering can enter several companies.

Nota: For this, the company must have a "Corporate" license and the user must also be registered in the other companies where access is required.

 

6- Click on "Save" and an email will be sent to the user with the instructions to enter QUALITYWEB 360
