1- Enter the "Document Control" module from the left sidebar.


2- Click on the "Review Change" or "Approve Change" button of the process flow, as the case may be.

Note: You can access directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.


3- A list with all the documents you have to review or approve will appear, click on the "Details" button in which you want to review or approve.


4- The detail of the document and the reasons for the change appear.


5- Display the current document and the one proposed in the application by clicking on the corresponding button.


6- Analyze the change and enter the comments of your review or approval.


7- Select if you accept or reject the request by clicking on the corresponding button.

Note: If you accept the request in review, an email will be sent to the approver to continue with the flow.
Note: If you accept the request in approval, an email will be sent to all the staff indicating the acceptance of the change and the document will be updated in the "Documental Viewer"
Note: If you refuse at any stage an email is sent to the applicant indicating the rejection and the process is completed.
