1- Enter the "Drop-down Lists" from the configuration button.
2- Scroll to the "Corrective Actions" module.
3- Click on "Type" or "Gravity" as the case may be, here you will see a list of all those who are currently registered, you can delete them and enter each one to see their information or edit it.
4- To add a new one click on "New"
5- Enter the new type or severity and click on "Save".
Note: The type and severity of corrective action will appear on the "Pick Corrective Action" screen.
