1- Enter the "Work Meetings" module from the left sidebar.
2- Click on the "Meeting announcement" button of the process flow.
3- Enter all the information of the board and select the attendees.
Note: The "Type of Meeting" you can edit it from the drop-down lists.
5- Click on "Send" and an email will be sent to notify all involved informing them of the meeting.
Note: The organizer can edit the meeting if it doesn't have any minutes captured in the "Edit Meeting" button of the process flow.
