1- Enter the module "Infrastructure Maintenance" from the left sidebar.
2- Click on the button "Evaluate effectiveness" of the process flow.
Note: You can access directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.
3- A list will appear with all the applications that you have pending to evaluate, click on the button "Details" in which you want to evaluate.
4- Analyze all the maintenance information, select if it was effective or not as well as your comments.
5- Click on the "Send Response" button to inform the maintainer of the effectiveness of the maintenance received.
