Note: The clients catalog is used for the Customer Satisfaction and Complaint modules.
1- To enter the "Clients Catalog" you must click on "Catalogs"
2- Enter the "Clients Catalog", here you will see a list of all the clients that are currently registered you can delete them, enter each one to see their information or edit it.
3- To add a new one click on "New"
4- Enter all the customer information.
5- Click on "Save" and the client will be registered in QUALITYWEB 360
