1- Enter the "Complaints" module from the left sidebar.

2- Click on the button "Follow-up to Complaint" of the process flow.
Note: You can access directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.

3- A list will appear with all the complaints that you have to follow up, click on the "Details" button in which you want to follow up.

4- Complements the follow-up information of the complaint and attaches the necessary annexes.
Note: The annexes can files of any type.

5- Click on the "Send to Review" button, an email will be sent to the user who filed the complaint to continue with the flow process.
Note: If you click on the "Save and Exit" button, only the information will be saved but the process will not be continued to the next step.
