1- Enter the "Complaints" module from the left sidebar.

2- Click on the "Review Actions of Complaint" button of the process flow.
Note: You can access directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.

3- A list with all the complaints you have to review will appear, click on the "Details" button in which you want to review.

4- Analyze all the information of the complaint and its annexes, enter the information referring to the general review of the complaint.

5- Select if you accept or reject the complaint by clicking on the corresponding button.
Note: If you accept the complaint is closed and an email is sent to the person in charge to inform you.
Note: If you reject the complaint, it returns to the follow-up stage and an email is sent to the person in charge to inform you.
